Dinner at Restaurant 3 \ 65 is quite an experience for the senses. Whether in the cozy dining room with theatrical lighting or candlelight on the terrace overlooking the valley.
Together with Rafel Perello, our chef, we present a cuisine based on authenticity and simplicity. We have selected the best local and seasonal products, most from our own production, to create a healthy cuisine, tasty and with deep roots.
For those who want to discover the secrets of cooking with Rafel, we’ve created the package COOKING, where they can share with him two class sessions and taste kitchen dishes.
Our extensive wine list, how could it be otherwise, gives priority to a wide selection of fine wines from Mallorca.

At lunchtime, or a bite in the afternoon, we propose a fresh and varied menu to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere under the shade in Summer or by the fireplace in Winter.
