40 acres of nature surrounding the Son Brull Hotel & Spa. We are privileged to preserve an olive grove which is more than three centuries old, real living sculptures.
The farm in Son Brull is completely organic and is certified by the Consell Balear of Ecological Agricultural Production.
With our intention to recover the local fruit varieties, we grow a variety of fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig, almond, etc.) that we are expanding every year. We love to share the privilege of tasting our fruit ripened on the tree.
In the organic garden, vegetables grow all season we deliver to our restaurant 3 \ 65. The artichoke and tomato are by volume and consumption, the most important crops.
One hectare of vines of the variety of Llebre Ull allows us to make our own wine Negre Son Brull.
