Son Brull activities: yoga and personal training
Son Brull Boutique Hotel & Spa is a place where your wellbeing comes first. We want you to enjoy your stay, to relax, to get away from your daily routine and to discover everything our hotel, surroundings and this island has to offer. For us it is very important to keep a balance between body, mind and soul and that is why at Son Brull we offer a list of activities that will let you achieve that very important vital balance.
More than a sport, yoga is a way of life that heals, cares and strengthens the body, mind and spirit through the practice of asanas, breathing and meditation. Practiced in India for thousands of years, it has become one of the systems of physical and spiritual conditioning with more followers in our days. At Son Brull Boutique Hotel & Spa we are lucky enough to have some excellent teachers, who who will make you enjoy a peaceful and body- and heartwarming experience in the gardens of our hotel, offering the opportunity to connect with nature.
During your stay at Son Brull you will be able to enjoy free 60 minute group sessions with a maximum of 6 persons. In this session we will mainly work on stretching in order to help you relieve tensions and muscle contractions with the base of Ashtanga Yoga. Group yoga is taught from Monday to Sunday at 9am (schedule can be subject to change) and to participate, you only have to reserve your place in advance at the front desk of our hotel.
On the other hand, we also offer private yoga session. During this sessions in addition to work on stretching, we will activate organs in order to improve flexibility and help us evolve to a better awareness for the general well-being of the body.
And for those who live an active lifestyle, Son Brull also offers a personal training service. It is important to be conscious about our body needing constant activity and working out is just another way to take care of our body and helping it getting to that optimal status. If what you’re looking for is to continue your regular workout while on holidays, our personal trainer will be of big help.
And if what you’re aiming for is to improve your condition while enjoying your stay at our hotel, we will be more than happy to offer this service too.
