Spectacularly set in an 18th century olive mill that remains unchanged since first used by the monks, our charming bar offers some of the best cocktails on the island, accompanied by a stunning view.

Surrounded by thick stone walls and historic remnants of the old mill, guests can enjoy a variety of expertly-made cocktails including classic Gin & Tonic, prepared with Son Brull Gin, or the house cocktail, Son Brull Fizz, (a refreshing blend of gin, sugar, soda and lemons. The Bar menu offers Spanish tapas any time of the day, such as “Jabugo” ham on bread with tomato and extra virgin olive oil.

A careful selection of fusion dishes on the menu include the likes of white tuna tataki marinated in soy and ginger, or else there’s our classic Club Sandwich Son Brull – a firm favourite among our guests.
