General Purchase Conditions
These General Purchase Conditions regulate the use of the website sonbrull.com (subsequently “the website”) of which Hotels Suau, S.A. is the owner. Hotels Suau, S.A. is a commercial corporation with registered office in Carretera Palma-Pollensa Km 50, in Pollensa, Spain, provided
with CIF A-17015835, and registered in Palma de Mallorca, PM-6104, volume 838, Folio 188. Being Son Brull one of its trademarks. The use of
the customer of the Son Brull internet shop services, entails, in any case, adherence to the General Purchase Conditions in the published version
by Son Brull, simultaneously by placing an order. Therefore, it is convenient that the customer reads these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.
1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all Son Brull articles/products/services through its website, to consumers to whom
orders can be delivered in Europe (only EU area). Son Brull reports that its website is exclusively aimed at an audience over 18 years old. Son
Brull reserves the right to cancel a customer’s account access if fraudulent, speculative, hazardous or acts of bad faith are detected in the use of this service.
2. PURCHASE LIMIT
For security reasons, you can not make purchases over € 1,500 or more than 40 items per order.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each article and include the I.V.A (Value Added Tax). The price of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a discrete segregate way at the moment of placing the order.
The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for the verification of the purchase. In no case
can the payment be made on a later date. Payments are not admitted through postponed procedures such as cash on delivery, transfer or
payment in the store at the time the order is collected. Trusted granted methods of payment: Purchases can be paid with a Visa®, MasterCard®
or American Express® credit card. In any case, the choice of method of payment is made during the purchase process in the corresponding
screen. The customer must notify Son Brull of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or by telephone, in the
shortest time possible, so that Son Brull can make the necessary arrangements. The suppliers or issuers of payment method can adopt anti-fraud measures that entail the rejection of certain types of operations. Son Brull is not responsible for the application of this type of security policy.
The delivery time will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the realization of the purchase. The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer or at Son Brull. The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address. It is not necessary that both billing address and shipping address match. Our transport provider will send a notification indicating the day the delivery will take place and allowing the change of date and delivery address. On the same day that the delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send another notification recalling the details of the expected delivery. Collect at Son Brull: The customer can collect their order at the Hotel
Son Brull. You have to select “Store Pickup” during the purchase process. The client will have a maximum period of 15 days, from when the order is ready, to pick it up. In case that given period has elapsed, the order has not been collected by the client, for reasons not applicable to our Company, we will perceive that the customer withdraws from the contract, therefore, the order will be cancelled. As a result, we will refund the payments made without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed since the date on which we considered the contract terminated. The refund will be made by the same method of payment which it was paid with. Incidents on the delivery: In case of not being able to make the delivery due to absence of the customer, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and try to contact the customer by telephone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the client must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
6. RETURN POLICY ONLINE SHOP
The return period in our online store is 14 days from the date the order was delivered to the customer. To return any item from our online store, contact us at [email protected] or 971 535353. Here is how to proceed in each case:
6.1. Product damaged during shipment
When you receive the product you should review it well. If you find that it has been damaged during the shipment you should contact us
immediately through our contact resources or by calling the number +34971535353 where we will indicate the procedure.
6.2. Incorrect product
In the event that we have sent the wrong product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return it. Please, contact

6.3. Product does not meet your expectations
If you receive the product and it does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (except in
the case of food and beverage products, those can not be returned). To proceed with the return, please contact HOTELS SUAU SA by any of the
available resources. Please ensure that the product is in perfect condition, sealed and with all its accessories. After receiving and checking the status of the products returned in our warehouse, you will be refunded the amount of your order, deducting transport costs, by bank transfer or directly on your credit card. Please ensure that the product is returned perfectly packed and protected from possible damages during transport, in the case of
getting to us in a poor condition, we can not proceed with the refund.
6.4. What are the return costs?
If you return a product due to an error or flaw on behalf of HOTELS SUAU SA: either damaged/ defective product or an error in the
shipment, we will always assume all expenses of the return. If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, please contact us at [email protected] or give us a call on 971535353. The return costs will be the same price as the delivery costs. These delivery and return costs will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed. Food products, both liquid and dry (wines, spirits, almonds, etc.) will not
be subject to change or refunded.
7. AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
If there are any incidents in terms of the supplyance or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and will
be reimbursed the amount of the product or products that are out of stock. Son Brull will reimburse the corresponding amount without
undue delay and before 14 calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same method of payment which it was originally paid.
The physical store’s stock availability data that is reflected on our website is indicative and may vary.
8. GUARANTEE OF THE ACQUIRED PRODUCTS
The guarantee provided is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November 16, which approves the supervised text of the General
Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
