General conditions for web purchase Son Brull
These General Purchase Conditions regulate the use of the website sonbrull.com (hereinafter “the website”) of which Hotels Suau, S.A. is owner. Hotels Suau, S.A. is a commercial company with registered office at Carretera Palma-Pollensa Km 50, in Pollensa, Spain, with CIF A-17015835, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma de Mallorca, PM-6104, volume 838, Folio 188. Son Brull being one of its trademarks The use by the customer of the services of the Son Brull internet store presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Conditions of Purchase in the version published by Son Brull at the same time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is convenient for the customer to read these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.
1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all Son Brull items through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Europe (EU zone only). Son Brull informs that its website is exclusively aimed at an audience over 18 years of age. Son Brull reserves the right to cancel a client’s access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
2. PURCHASE LIMIT
For security reasons, purchases over € 1,500 or with more than 40 items per order cannot be made.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed.
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. In no case can the payment be made later. Payment by deferred procedures such as cash on delivery, transfer or payment in store is not accepted at the time of collection of the order. Accepted payment methods: Purchases can be paid with a Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit card. In any case, the choice of the means of payment is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. The customer must notify Son Brull of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or by telephone, in the
shortest possible time so that Son Brull can take the appropriate steps. Suppliers or issuers of means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of operations. Son Brull is not responsible for the application of these types of security policies.
The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the client or to Son Brull.
The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and the shipping address do not have to match. Our transport provider will send a notification indicating the day the delivery will be made and allowing the change of date and delivery address. On the same day that delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send another notification reminding you of the details of the scheduled delivery.
Pick up at Son Brull: The customer can pick up their order at the Hotel Son Brull. You must select “Pick up in Store” during the purchase process. The customer will have a maximum period of 15 days, from the time their order is available, to collect it. In the event that after said period has elapsed, the order has not been delivered to the client, for reasons not attributable to our Company, we will understand that you decide to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. Consequently, we will refund the payments made without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.
Delivery incidents: In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
6. RETURN POLICY ONLINE STORE
The return period in our online store is 14 days from receipt of the order.

6.1. Product damaged during shipping

To do this, you should only contact HOTELS SUAU SA by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.
After having received the merchandise in our warehouse and checking its status, you will get a refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transport costs, by bank transfer or refund on your credit card.
Make sure that the product is returned perfectly packaged and protected from possible damage during transport, since if it arrives at our store in poor condition, we will not be able to refund the purchase amount.
6.4. What are the return costs?
If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of HOTELS SUAU SA, that is, a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or an error in shipping, we will always assume all the costs of the return.

Food products, both liquid and dry (wines, liqueurs, almonds, etc.) will not be subject to exchange or return.
7. AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS
If there are incidents regarding its supply or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products without stock will be reimbursed. Son Brull will reimburse the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. The stock availability data in the physical store that are reflected on our website are indicative and may vary.
8. GUARANTEE OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
The guarantee offered is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
